Very disappointed with this gentleman's customer support and general dismissive attitude. Even after giving him several iPhones and spare parts as a nice gesture, he refused to take 20 seconds to help me out when the screen he installed - WITHOUT any of original screws - popped out and the home button had some lose form the top case. I only needed the phone to work for 2 hours or so until I got home to fix it properly myself. I am an Apple Certified Macintosh and iOS Technician and could have easily repaired the display assembly myself. However, for concenience sake, I had a screen replacement done by him for $60. It was a quick service, however he did not correctly install the home button / touch ID sensor onto the top case assembly. There were no screws on the touch ID / home sensor shield. There were no screws installed in the base of the phone. Admittedly the unit already had slight physical damage to the frame and I was aware that it required replacement as the display was never going to fit 100% All I requested that he put in some screws so that i could use the phone to order an Uber and get home. That said, once I got home on the bus, it took me 2 minutes to reinstall the touchID / home button correctly since i had some spare screws left after generiously giving him two iphones which had several working parts for use in other similar models, purely as a gesture of gratitude. Very poor customer empathy and assistance. It would have taken him 30 seconds to 1 minute to help me out. Don't bother with this guy, he does not understand to concept of repeat business or word of mouth.

Visited this store to have the screen and battery of my Iphone 6S replaced. Phone was returned within 2-3 hours and works perfectly. Very pleased with the outcome.Business owner is knowledgeable and helpful.Highly recommend!
