( DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I PAYED $75 for nails a 5 year old could do better) The people that were doing my nails were not very nice and they were being aggressive with my hand( pulling and screaming at me) I showed them the picture thinking I would get something similar, but they made my nails longer than I asked for and a different colour different shape and when I asked for them to make them shorter they refused. I went back there and told them I wasn’t happy. They didn’t even try to do anything about it. WORST PLACE TO GO !!!!

Looked like a calming, aesthetic day spa to go to, to get mine and my cousins nails done. MASSIVE MISTAKE! Absolutely terrible customer services, rude and abrupt. Didn’t listen to what I wanted and ripped my old nails off with another nail, instead of soaking off. Don’t bother wasting your money here…

If there was a negative score I’d give it. No one said hello. Just picked up a hand and started my manicure. At no stage did anyone ask what shape I wanted. When I said I want the sides of my nails straight the woman lost it. Got a man to come over he started when I said I’m after straight sides he cut the end of one nail straight!My $30 manicure which is basically a paint and file had no massage. When I said do I get a massage they barked $10 so I said ok. Well that seems to start a war. They argued and another woman put cream on my hands about as good as a 5 year old child would. Awful service. Horrible.

Very poor customer service. Was quoted a price then they changed it when I went to pay. The manicure terrible with my thumb cuticle cut badly..at no stage did they wipe away the blood and just kept going. My daughter was next to me and the lady cut her cuticle too. No massage ..moisturising cream or cuticle oil. Terrible.Never ever againDon't waste your money.

I went in to get my toe nails painted for my wedding 4 years ago and lost a nail so never went back. I went back in yesterday to get my acrylic nails removed and they sat me down and ripped them off my nails in under 5 minutes leaving my natural nails absolutely destroyed

Had two nails completely fall off 3 days after getting them done as well as many coming loose. Took as little time to do them as they possibly could as all they just wanted to get as many customer done. Didn’t worry about the nail job they were giving each customer. Went back in to ask if they could perhaps fix they nails that had broken and they went on to say that i would have to pay again. When you spend $75 on a set of nails you expect them to at least last longer then 3 days.Overall I would highly recommend you go elsewhere as their service is appalling 0/10

A friend and I went to this nail salon and they were rude from the beginning.I showed a reference photo and what they gave me looks nothing like the photo. My friend chose a light blue colour for her nails and did not get the same colour that she chose. she was filing my nails and began to file my skinMy skin is now red and sore to touch.

It is such a lovely place that takes amazing care of you. The girls here are beautiful and ensure your comfort is looked after. The pedicures and manicures turn out beautifully and actually last. I’ve been coming here for a while now and they never disappoint! Highly recommend Trish, Ivey and Thuy

Not even worth the one star. The worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Rude customer service as soon as I stepped in the door. I asked for a basic manicure only to get a nail file and paint which cost me $35. I Was made to pay before I even got my nails painted. The paint was still wet and sticky when they told me I could go and started peeling off instantly. Ended up removing the polish myself and repainting them myself. Save your money on this garbage nail salon.
