Dropped in and ordered dinner on the way home from work only to find the order to be incomplete when I arrived home, missing chips.Tried to call only to have an unanswered phone call after 10 attempts, very angry with the terrible customer service.

Would not recommend. Placed a catering order for a small party over the weekend. Paid $43 for 3 kilos of chips to open a box with maybe1 kilo of chips at most! Called the store as we thought a tray must have been forgotten to be told it was the correct amount. It barely fed 10 children under that age of 5….. the adults at the party had chicken on a plate. Placed a feedback form to the store to be given a ridiculous response that doesn’t make sense and is written very poorly. No attempt to resolve the issue has been made by the store other than basically bad luck. Do not order catering services from this store, a complete rip off. I am very upset as it was not cheap and embarrassing to serve up. The customer service is poor. I have replied to their ridiculous response and am still waiting for a reply 24 hours later…. Seems like they are just going to bury their head in the sand and ignore my complaint. Very unfortunate as if they had just done the decent thing and provided what was paid for this wouldn’t have been an issue.

The fried chicken is very crispy and chips are always fresh and hot. The snack subs are great too.I now prefer Red Rooster over another well known chicken company.

The service here is always good, I only ever use this store for drive thru but it is the only takeaway anywhere in Narellan, Mt Annan and Gregory Hills that consistently get orders correct. Every other takeaway in the area is terrible in comparison. Top marks to you for your service.

The absolute WORST fast food experience of my life!My food arrived with blood throughout my chicken wrap.I immediately attempted to call the store to let them know that they had sent me inedible chicken and that I would like a replacement. Nobody answered the phone. Attempted a second time about an hour later- somebody seemingly answered but did not say a word and then hung up.I resorted to emailing. The staff were rude, dismissive and couldn't have cared less. Treated me as if I was completely inconveniencing them.They (apparently) attempted to contact menulog to find out my order number. They came back and told me that menulog didn't have any record of me" and the so called "customer service" ended with "Thanks for your time today."That's what you call a resolution?Judging from other reviews on here and Red Rooster responses

The most pathetic excuse for a manager I have ever dealt with.2 x 3 piece Honey Satisfiers. One had 2 pieces of chicken, the other had 3 of the smallest saddest drumsticks EVER! This is after waiting for a fresh cook!To get home and see that, and phone to complain and be offered ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN in compensation??? NOI had to drive back tonight to get the meals replaced? NOLEARN FROM KFC how to manage complaints.NEVER RETURNING TO THAT STORE.

Honestly, drive through should have staff with better communication skills. Have to repeat yourself again and again. Service is rushed and my order was incorrect. Ordered a tropicana pack but was given a lunch deal 1/4 chicken and chips with the addition of the pineapple fritters plus they ran out of leg pieces. Usually the lunch deals come with limited chips compared to the full deal meals. Pretty disappointed. Avoiding this place for now.
