When was the last time you had an engaging conversation with your dry cleaner??You like me are probably drawing a blank, and that was the unusual experience provided by Traralgon DC. They also fixed my clothes. I'm no judge of workmanship so i'll leave that to the pro-menders out there. I was impressed by the customer service, timeliness (meaning accuracy of times predicted) and commitment to service.I also noticed the use of paper bags to return clothes. Great initiative and my full support if you can make a D.C. enviro friendly.Fist pump
