Very expensive! First time there and paid over $19.00 for a prescription that I can, and have, gotten elsewhere for $6.40. More than 3 times as expensive as other places. Asked for a price check before hand, but one of the Pharmacists pulled a face when the assistant (who was lovely) asked her. I hope I don’t need to go back.

If you like to be treated terribly, this is the place for you!!!!…. It appears the owner gets off on being rude to customers. I thought they were just having a bad day, but after experiencing the same terrible service 3 times in a row, I went elsewhere. I told my new chemist about my experience and they laughed, they said they get a lot of her customers.

The pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I had a problem with the way a prescription had been provided by the doctor. She was unwilling to offer me any suggestions for how I might get the problem resolved, even though it was clear the medication was required urgently and it was Friday afternoon - out of hours. I would avoid this pharmacy.

OK to Fantastic service - everywhere has off days but not everywhere has day's where staff are amazing. On more than three occasions over the last three years one of the staff here has been above-and-beyond in their assistance to me. Sharing knowledge, looking information up & being helpful. Yes, sometimes the store is busy or a staff member is distracted, but I've never seen them be rude or discourteous.

Helpfully shown where to find Aqua Ear drops and the attendant went to the dispensary with two other staff so I was unable to buy it. After waiting 5 minutes another attendant asked if she could help. I said I wanted to pay for the drops and she said I would have to wait as she did not have access to the register. I walked out and drove down the road to another pharmacy.

I go there for 1st call. I find their service great and also have have consulted them anonymously over the phone multiple times and was served well. I'm more than happy with them.

Owner (Middle aged woman) has appalling customer services skills, absolutely shamed me over a very personal female matter when I sought assistance. I do not feel comfortable as a woman asking her for advice. Would not recommend coming here. It’s a shame as the younger staff working there were lovely.

Service seems to have declined over time. Queue for prescriptions and no one serving. No staff masks. Seriously!!! Not a good experience.
