I just placed an order worth $102 to be delivered to a grieving family friend in SA who recently lost a family member. Your staff Jagdish called to inform that Pie Face have only 1 item each of 2 of my orders which I ordered 2 each. She called without offering a replacement choice. I was on the phone with her trying to work out the replacement and she said she's very busy and pause for a while and asked to hold on. Then she cut off the line and cancelled my order!!! How rude!! When I called Pie Face, she answered the line!!! And was giving excuse that it was her first day at work and she's alone! I'm still fuming!!

I bought 2 pies and a powerade . Pies were cold from inside and the drink was expired went back again to get them changed she gave the pies again cold to me. What a bad service. 0 stars to them if i had a option.

Purchased a pie from this establishment, only to find out they were heating pastries as people were ordering them. At the time was super inconvenient. Not only did I have to wait for this pie to heat up but when I received it it was dead cold in the centre. Really disappointing this quality of pastry comes from a business named Pie Face, you'd think they'd take more pride in the quality and preparation of their food. The pies should be hot and ready to go as soon as you order them, it's really inefficient

Update to my previous review: The people working at this service station have zero concept of customer service. On Sat 17/9/22 at approximately 7:45pm, I waited at the counter to be served. A tall Indian guy saw me but was too busy walking back and forth and talking loudly on his phone to serve me. A woman was behind the pie counter but was too busy feeding herself to serve me. I waited for about 2 minutes before giving up, returning the ice cream to the freezer and going to the OTR across the road to buy what I wanted.Cheap fuel but pies are heated up as you order them which takes time. Pies are not hot enough.

Pre warning, I was in a hurry. Waited a few minutes extra for pie that was unevenly heated up. Have heard bad reviews about the food safety of the pies from this place from friends in the past, but the fuel was cheap for me so I’ll give 4⭐️, pie was tasty enough, despite my criticism.

I called in to Pie Face last night, grabbed a big pie for $8.50 and took it home for a late dinner. I took it back today and got refunded. It had been in the pie warmer since the 90s judging by the state of the the pastry and the filling, which was like black gravel and as dry as the Gobi desert. Never again. And one star is generous, cos Vili's Cafe aint far away.

If you're going to charge $6.50 for a pie it could at least be warm. It's a health issue serving them as cold as you do. And some customers training for your staff wouldn't go astray

Good customer service.. especially a Indian tall man service is absolutely asset..Delicious hot and tasty pies .I loved this place to visit
