Absolutely love coming to my appointments at Epic. I’ve been going for about 3 years, after not ever finding a salon that did what I wanted. I was leaving a stressful job and my hair had broken & fallen out. I was devastated and needed real help. We seriously nursed it back to life. I’m now so happy. The booking is easy, the pricing is great, the staff are lovely, and experienced. I love seeing how good the staff communicate and interact. My stylist changed recently (as she left the industry) and I was anxious, but Kat is amazing, I feel in safe hands again. Which is so important when lightening hair, and wanting not just blonde, but a healthy blonde! I absolutely rate Epic and the staff at Lutwyche. AND I love how I can have a glass of wine with cheese and crackers. It’s just the best.

Such a great cut from Carla. I was confident she was doing a great job! And thanks to Lutwyche store for quickly finding a time yesterday after a booking mixup at Newmarket. Looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks for a colour fix

Saved from disaster!My hairdresser of nearly thirty years retired earlier this year leaving me with the daunting task of choosing a replacement stylist. My hairstyle is quite simple, not so my hair colour (a vibrant shade of pink). Betsy of Epic Hair Lutwyche was able to nail both the style and the shade of pink at our first appointment. Thanks very much to Betsy, my new stylist.

Today my usual stylist was not available, but I was delighted when the stylist (Carla) who replaced her for the day was able to provide me with an excellent cut and style.Altogether, a very satisfactory experience. Epic provided its usual high standard!!
