Don’t bother presenting at this clinic if you have something serious like chest pain.. they don’t have the equipment on hand to even do a simple ECG.. I was told on Monday that they would have the equipment by Thursday and to come back.. Thursday rolls around and nothing but apologise and excuses and told me to “go book elsewhere” even after paying an initial consult fee with the doctor. Nice staff and doctor, but un-equipped and disorganised. I also had to follow up about myself about getting my Medicare rebate.

Exceptional Service, Fantastic Staff, Toni is so friendly and helpful makes you feel welcomed and the doctors are fantastic, and you can get your bloods done here as well all while being bulk billed..And Chemist is right next door.

Very impressed. This new medical practice in Kingsthorpe is very convenient, efficient and reliable. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond. I’m really disappointed with the Doctor who attended me because I feel so uncomfortable the way he asked and schooled me, he could’ve told me the process and didn’t give the medical certificate if that his thoughts. I have my vaccine in a different medical Center for my covid shots and I have never in my mind to absent from my work the following day, the after effects of my shots happened late afternoon Monday that’s why I decided not work that day, he’s been asking and I answered him nicely but this doctor keep his rant, he told me that how could he believes me if I had my shots I told him I have my papers with me but keep on his way, I didn’t know how the process work, he keep on lecturing in a rude manner I should have my medical certificate done in another medical Center where I get my shots, and I told him again that I never intended to skip my work but the after effect of my shots came late. During that time I almost left the Doctor but I keep my self together and continue listening to him, I even told him that I thought it was ok to get my medical certificate there because I’ve done that in another doctor. It’s only the after effects of the covid shots why I came there it’s not a serious illness that needs the same doctor to attend to. I really feel horrible with that Doctor. If he thinks that it’s wrong to get the medical certificate fine, but he should’ve at least examine me because he knows better than me the effects or tell I cannot give you the medical certificate then I will leave. But thanks to the staff anyway she’s very nice at least
