PAINT DEPARTMENT 5 STARS!!! The knowledge, experience and friendly customer service is not even comparable to any other hardware store south of Adelaide. Impressed and would recommend the Reynella store to anyone!

The service we received today at this store was outstanding. We were looking for a pair of workboots advertised in the current catalogue.First of all we didn't know where they were located so asked a store person where to go.Darrin personally took us to the boot area, the advertised boots weren't available so he contacted the manager to find out if they were available or what store had them in stock,.The manager did better than this he told Darrin to let us pick whatever boots were suitable and he gave them to us for the advertised price.Could not ask for anything better.Well done to the both of you.

I'm only a home handyman. I only spend a small amount. The new owners treat me with the same service as if I was a big spender. Lot better than the big green shed.

Got to Bunnings.Given paint advice to tint my ceiling white with black which was bad. Completely ruined my job. Given I was at the counter ready to pay and the paint shop guy rushed up and asked me, Do you want me to tint it black to get it whiter?" I said "no thanks". Then he said

was a good local shop, however,,,,, now it has been taken over and they have tried to flash it up, it has lost basic stock and is now a lame shadow of what it was,,,,, numerous smaller items ditched to make way for wanky taps , tools and goods in a vain attempt to replicate bunnings but it falls far short, it used to be busy constantly busy , now now few customers the couple of times we have been, we ended up going to bunnings to get what mitre 10 once stocked,,,,,, we did try to stay local business but will now go to bunnings sadly !!!!!!!!!!!!

It's all changed around and updated. Didn't get much of a chance to have a real good look. Seems better setup.

Will never shop anywhere else for paint ever again. Dave in the paint shop has gone above and beyond to resolve an issue for me after I came into store super upset last night. I had used a can of paint from the shed not realising it wasn’t the stain that I was supposed to have used… he calmed me down and made me feel that it was all going to be ok and didn’t make me feel like I was silly or anything.. then he patiently went through how to fix and tested multiple colors for me to get a paint the exact color I wanted. I appreciate the service provided and also the comfort he provided knowing that mistakes can happen and it wasn’t the end of the world. Mitre 10 should be proud to have such an employee.. you now have a customer for life and I will not shop anywhere else for my home improvement needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for fixing my issue!

I cannot confirm who was at fault with truss calculations so can't blame all delays on Flinders. However delivery failures I can blame Flinders. Our Trusses were returned to depot due to a lack of preperation ( after 2 previous deliveries of timber so they were familiar with our address!! ) Then the timber take-off MISSED an important beam which took nearly two weeks to deliver even though the date stamp on the beam showed it had been at their depot for 5 days. Very poor service that has inconvenienced and delayed our project.
