Relatively new residential development near Mt. Barker with tree lined streetscapes and rural views. Parks are plentiful but lack playgrounds.

What do I love about this housing estate ? Big sized blocks, plenty of the beautiful old gum trees retained, deciduous trees planted the along streets. Gorgeous creek, parks and walking/bike paths. The future community farm and homestead open for residents to use and one day to be able to buy the fresh produce. The homes being built all have been thoughtfully designed and gardens maintained. The estate owners have thought about the future lifestyle of the residents and are creating a wonderful setting for retirees and young families. Finally it is only 30mins to Adelaide city.

Some really nice big blocks in this development, rather than all pokey rooftop to rooftop blocks. However, as a lifelong hills resident, I was shocked at how expensive the blocks are.
