I wish I could give this business minus five stars. Regular pool cleans were never completed. We used this service for a year and every time an employee would turn up for no longer than 5 minutes, throw some chemicals in the pool and leave. I always paid my invoices. When I questioned Oliver (the owner) about this and asked him to confirm what a regular pool service should include - half of the things he listed had never been undertaken such as cleaning the filters, cleaning the robot filters or checking the system. I told him that his employees never do this and his response was 'I will talk to him'. Never heard back from him on the subject and he never did anything to discount the outstanding invoice we had for the last clean so I did not pay it. We had an issue with our solar and were advised that we needed to replace the pump which he invoiced $980 for and when I looked up the exact pump online and spoke to the manufacturer I could have purchased it myself for $325 - he put a 160% mark up on it. He also added a $160 service fee on top which was never discussed or agreed to. The solar still wasn't working so he advised that we needed to replace a solar panel which he charged $631 - I spoke to his supplier who confirmed that he purchased it for around $300, again over 100% markup and another service fee which wasn't discussed of $160. The supplier also said that he didn't understand why he replaced it as if it was just one panel you could plug it off and take it out of the system which would cost $10-20. We went away on holiday just after this job was completed and upon our return and inspection we realised that the solar still wasn't working and leaking. In the time that we were away (three and a half weeks) I received 60 emails from him chasing payment. When we told him that he needed to come and inspect he didn't turn up, we rescheduled to the following week and he didn't turn up again and is now refusing to come and inspect and demanding payment with another 20 odd emails in the past few days. He has also invoiced $300 for late fees This is the worst customer service and business I have ever dealt with and they are just ripping everyone off blind and then harassing you to no end for payment Oliver responds to every negative review about his business on here in a gross way and it is NEVER his fault. Make sure you read all the reviews and in particular his response to the negative reviews so that you can see what sort of person you are dealing with. Avoid like the plague.

Amazingly helpful. Purchased a Dolphin M600. Fantastic product! Came out and setup for me and gave clear instructions on how to use it!Can’t recommend enough.Also gave help on chemical balance, filters and pumps.I have have used them for 2 1/2 years. Very helpful. Always gives great advice. Pool never clearer and cleaner!

We have just had our overhauled by Oliver + the great team at True Blue.They installed 2x Boss hail resistant solar heating systems, joined in Parallel. The new Naked Water system from the Australian Queensland company - uses the least amount of chlorine to keep the pool safe - less than salt or mineral. Variable speed pumps (save 70% energy) a Dontech wifi pool automations controller - uses the new solar first, then the heat pump second if the roof is too cold and the pool is under temperature within a scheduled time. They also did a full black piping system with black sand filter + glass media. The entire process was quick, simple and full of solutions to whatever crazy request I gave them. Oliver and his crew are fantastic. They saved my brand-new Yass homes pool from certain doom, and they're great people to talk to about maintaining the pool in between visits. There is no such thing as an inane inquiry or insurmountable pool issue. Tru Blue is highly recommended for providing honest service at a fair price.

I had a new filter installed. The price was good and the quality of work was satisfactory. However, I have been subject to unending spam from various angles including SMS and email almost fortnightly, despite several direct requests to stop via email and SMS. I was even included in a mass SMS that included all the names and contacts of all their clients (I'm assuming they all have my details too).No explanation or apology was given.You may just pass this off as a general unhappy customer, but that would be false. I was happy with the work and the timeliness of it, and Oliver was very accepting of payment terms, which I appreciated.After sending a blunt email exclaiming my discontent, the spam stopped for a while. Now I find myself writing a review that I would never have bothered with, had I not been spammed again by the marketing over email to leave a review. So after being hassled a few more times in email, you got the review you wanted.

They came on time to service our spa. They ordered and replaced 12 jets and a heater control unit. 2k later the unit was installed and seems to be working. Jets were not, they were coming back. Ended up getting another company to install jets. Took them 30 minutes to finish the job pool smart started. Not particularly impressed with needing to pay a second supplier to finish the job.

You can trust Oliver's advice, as he knows exactly what would work best for your pool and is a wealth of information in this area. In addition, he is quite adaptable. Dealing with pool smart true blue gives you the impression that they love what they do and are genuinely invested in providing you with excellent service and products.

Poolsmart has been my go-to for pool cleaning for the past year. They are reliable, punctual and do an excellent job. The water is always sparkling and clear after their visit. I appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism. I highly recommend their services.
