Rarely ever get a hold of them when I try to call, they are continuing to try and get me another job when I already have one and work 25+ hours telling me I should get another position at my work even tho I love what I do there. They are a complete nightmare to be with

Positive experience with the staff and if they're busy at the time of when I call in then they always call me back later that day.

The staff are not trained in how to deal with mental and psychological illnesses, they are bullies and intimidating towards their clients. I left their office after an appointment and had a complete mental breakdown, I have been given 12 months break by centrelink to try and recover, if ever, and they still wont leave me alone, ringing me about work, sending me into a very distressed and emotional state. I suffer severe PTSD and severe anxiety and have constant chronic back pain, but they wont listen. They are a disgrace and very unprofessional and unethical. If in the far off future my doctor and myself feel I am physically and mentally and emotionally capable of working I will definitely not return to APM.
