I couldn’t be happier with the fantastic job the guys have done on my car today. Both Inside and out she’s come up like brand new car. I have to admit it was a big job, she didn’t go in looking pretty, but they didn’t seem to mind. They have work hard all day to create an amazing end result. I felt like I picked up a brand new car this afternoon. Thanks again for such a great job. Well worth the price. When I’m ready to sell my next car I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Had my vehicle ceramic coated interior & exterior by Preema Detailing as I purchased a new vehicle but have. Been waiting forever to it arrive!The guys were super friendly, very polite and informative on what the vehicle neededEnded up upgrading my package to a tint + ceramic coating and they have. Me a great discount compared to other providersTook my vehicle into the new showroom and the job came up insane. I definitely was not expecting this level of care for this priceThey even put a little Preema scent on the interior and floor papers down so I wouldn’t get the car dirty as i was leavingI did an inspection of the vehicle before taking it out of the show room and my car has honestly never looked so good before I can’t stop looking at it when it’s in my drive way!100% recommend

Absolutely terrible, I got the full full of the fullest service.Missed soap many obvious places, seats looked like it was a once over, foot pedals not even cleaned, door trims no cleaned, steering wheel wiped probably with a dry towel, windscreen still dirty on the inside. The roof console wasn’t cleaned. Externally sooooo much compound left on ever area of the vehicle.I contacted them and I’m assuming the owner came back to rectify my issues I addressed, I pulled out all the seats (that’s right I pulled out all the seats from the car) I wasn’t there to greet him unfortunately but lucky because I would have lost the plot.He came and clean the foot pedals and just wiped down the floor. That’s it! For $400 and the own to come and rectify the issues. I support people NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY! The original was in and out in 1 hour a professional would be cleaning for 3-4 hours taking his time.I would have been better off going to a magic hand car wash.Absolutely poor effort.These photos which the owner had seen as replied it was not up to standard, but he came out and did almost next to nothing!

I had originally booked with another company who cancelled 3hrs before the booked time. Not only did these guys find a way to get someone out within a few hrs but the friendliness and communication was outstanding every step of the way. I have a husky who loves her car adventures but looking at the car now, you wouldn’t know it. Definitely did an amazing job removing all evidence of fur

Preema detailing is an absolute scam. Dropped my Tesla off for window tint and complete ceramic coat. It took “Alex” a week to complete the service after telling me it’d only be about 3 days. I don’t think he realised that I have live view of my Tesla at all times. I watched him from day 1 to 5 do absolutely nothing he claimed he was doing at the time via text, being the nice naive guy I am I gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him supposedly finish the service. Yes he tinted the windows, the day after he claimed to do it, he drove my car to a random factory he claimed was his to take photos, he does everything out of his garage. The process he explained the car would undergo for ceramic coating never happened. They never cooked the top layer of paint off my car, the car wasn’t in a sealed dust free environment, the car wasn’t even cleaned before applying the ceramic coat!!!!! After driving my car around Melbourne lapping up 200kms, he decided to do the ceramic coat outside of his garage while my car was parked on the street. I watched him apply it via the camera a couple hours before dropping the car off. THIS IS THE SCAM. He spot applies it right before with enough time for it to dry so when he drops it to you he water tests it where he knows it’s been applied and you see it bead therefore believing the job was done. It’s all a scam. Did not even clean the exterior of the car before applying it. I now have ceramic coat on top of a dirty brand new car. Oh and the tint is trash, never seen so many air/dust bubbles. No paper work, no professionalism, just a scammer who knows how to talk and sell. It’s a shame that he’s gotten away with this before. I’m glad technology has given consumers the upper hand to catch things like this out.
