I have dealt with Ace Bodycorp for the 3 years and to say the emails I have received and the unprofessional language used, appalling.I have constantly kept them in the loop with my current situation during covid and I’ve felt it’s fallen on deaf ears. I am giving one star because I can’t give zero. Con and the team at Ace Body Corporate avoided dealing with and responding to multiple matters, calls and emails from the many owners under their management. It left the properties in worse for wear shape and even resulted in a significant oh&s issue that could have effected children. The best thing we did as owners was connect with each other to find out we were all trying to resolve the same issues independently. When Con was confronted by the united front he predictably responded by resigning as our body corporate. A wonderful outcome so we could move on to a body corporate who care to look after the people and properties under their portfolio.
