I have been dealing with Kew Pools since our pool was installed. They have been very helpful over the years particularly when we had concerns with a large deep excavation development next door.They are trustworthy, pleasant and polite to deal with and appear once a month for maintenance without being reminded. A professional knowledgable company.

My pool sparkles thanks to these guys, and with no hassle. They have been servicing mine and my neighbours pools for over 5 years now, so trustworthy i have given them a key to the back gate. Now they come and go each month and i don't even have to worry whether i'm home or not. Highly recommend them to anyone with a pool or spa. Their brand new shop looks amazing too!

Tim and the Team at Kew Pools are simply the best. I moved to a home that already had an old pool which was a complete disaster. It had been one issue after another, but since moving across to Kew Pools, everything has been resolved and we are now just getting to enjoy our pool.The guys have taught me how to manage the pool myself and they never mind when I call with “just one question”.Amazing service.

Terrible service. They oversell you chemicals and wrongly charge your invoice. When I rang to dispute the wrong charge, I got screamed at and shouted at over the phone to try and intimidate me.I double checked their advice on chemicals required with other pool shops and the chemicals were not required. They oversell you chemicals so be careful and double check with other pool shops and definitely check your invoice. Dolphin pools in Canterbury or Swimart in Balwyn provide a much better honest advice and service.

Massive thanks for helping me clear up my pool this week. Was using another company to keep it going but that wasn’t working too well. I went into the shop and spoke with a very friendly guy who tested my water and gave me some suggestions as to how to clarify the water and remove the surface scum. A wealth of knowledge he didn’t try to sell me anything and simply gave me the know how to to look after it myself. Will be coming back here from now on. Thanks team.

A really big shout out to Kew Swimming Pools. We just purchased a new property in Balwyn North which has a pool, unfortunately I knew nothing about operating or maintaining a pool, that was before I meet Tim and his team. The service is impeccable. They went over and beyond the delivery of service. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anybody that owns a pool.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are trying to pursue costs incurred as a result of their own misunderstanding for an invoice issued to another party (REAL ESTATE company). They are threatening with debt collecting activities if we do not pay for the invoice issued to the REAL ESTATE company for the work we did not authorise. They have now been reported to ACCC for attempting to collect fees which we did not agree to. The response provided below will give you a good idea what kind of business you will be dealing with.
