Poor direct to boot service. There are 5 slots & the staff only wanted to bring the order to the first 2 slots only. Wanted me to park the vehicle one of the first 2 parking slots.

Enjoy the wide aisles and the variety of health food and vegan/vegetarian options.Every time I am in the store for a weekly shop (on sundays) I can’t get anyone attention in the deli. They either see me and don’t approach or, there isn’t anyone there to begin with. I think perhaps some education in customer service might be a good idea.

I live in Dandenong but generally go to Woolworths in Endeavour Hills because the staff are friendlier and there is ALWAYS someone at the register to check out my weekly shop. I thought I would try them again at the Plaza and as usual there are staff everywhere but no one to help when needed and no one at the checkout so of course I am told I can do it myself. Seriously I already have a full time job! Will not make that mistake again!

A really nice, spacious store but you guys need to set up the trolley collection in the carpark... there were only coles trolleys in the bays outside.I was running behind for an appointment today and I had to run the trolley back to the store, which took ages so I didn't lose my trolley key. It added so much stress.

40 minutes is a long time to wait for a chicken. And it got worse. Another day I had to buy Macro" free range chicken and it gave me food poisoning. The disgusting taste should have been a clue though. Also trying to contact this company does not happen. You can't even find them supplying anyone else. Probably because they are awful and lying about it being free range."

Woolworths Dandenong has absolutely everything you need for your kitchen. Food is always available in stock for purchase. The store is mostly clean and welcoming.

Couldn't find what I was looking for so asked a staff member who wasn't sure, so he found someone who was able to help me, so I left the store with everything I went in for as well as a couple of snacks, as you do, very happy all round with my experience.
