I was looking for a market leader and authority Laser and Cosmetic Clinic for my minor acne scars (had for years). I would only settle for the very best results and I found that in Smooth As Silk Laser and Cosmetic Clinic Newtown! Super 5-star friendly customer service from the first time you call them and even after your treatment. Great follow up is what counts in my opinion! My number 1 go to Laser and Cosmetic Clinic in Australia. My absolute highest recommendation.

I have been here for half a year. Everything was perfect and I sincerely hope it would be as good as before.Until the recent two months, the laser hair remover service quality went down a lot, I can feel my hair grow much faster and stronger compared to before. And the customer service becomes awful. The price goes up without communication and all I got was 'That was special. Not anymore.'While claiming to be the cheapest clinic within certain areas, I found another clinic charging half of the price I was charged.I felt upset and disappointed. People would not pay to suffer or weak explanations. Please show some respect and try to have a 'customer service' sense.

I had my first appointment for lip fillers and Botox and I couldn't be happier with the results! The service was flawless and has been on every appointment. The detail and information given regarding the procedure was great and very reassuring and you can tell they have such a passion for what they do, which made me feel very comfortable. A day after my procedure I only had a few bruises and no pain at all! I will be back and will be referring all friends!

The Newtown clinic was good. Surry Hills clinic operating like a backyard operation. No signage, clinic not yet fit out, no reception staff & therefore unable to wait inside as patients in full view. Looks like a cosmetic cowboy clinic. Don't open a clinic until you are fully set up!

Did my first laser hair removal treatment here and there was no consult or explanation beforehand on what the procedure would be like. The receptionist/therapist didn’t check to see if I was okay during the treatment, or after and didn’t offer any care instructions. She also didn’t do spot treatment to assess the appropriate power level suitable for me - I felt that it could have been higher to elicit better results, but was not given the opportunity to express this. I felt that the session was too brief because she seemed like she was rushing through the whole thing. Overall service was really cold, disappointing and unsatisfactory :(

The staff was really friendly and supportive. Ive never done Botox treatment before, so they provided me with a lot of new and interesting information, explain and clarified everything. The clinic was really clean and nice to be in. Whole new experience for me, and a really pleasant one.

Had my first Botox treatment ever with Dr Jodlovich in the Newtown clinic and he was absolutely wonderful! He has outstanding bedside manner. He is gentle and impeccable with his placement and gentle touch. I whole heartedly trust his judgement and would recommend him to even my mum! I have had only Botox, but I would trust him with any other cosmetic procedure I may consider in the future. His staff are very friendly and professional as well!

I recently had laser skin pigmentation removal treatment at Smooth as Silk Laser and Cosmetic Clinic in Newtown. I am so happy with the results - I can already notice such a difference in my skin tone.
