Colby is great as Manager, they seem to be short on service staff.

This motorcycle was well known for its great sales and service in the past. Something that seems sadly lacking with the people currently employed there. Do these people actually want to sell motorcycles.?

Dishonest, breach of contract, shocking service, unprofessional and ignorant.I was dealing with the Owner, Mark Daviot. He is based in Wangara.Agreed a contract to purchase a bike on, or around, 21/09/22, part of the contract was a quad lock for an IPhone and a service.Paid a deposit of $7000 on the same day.Was told to collect it at about 2pm on 23/09/22.I arrived 1.50pm 23/9/22 to collect the bike. I took the afternoon off work.Waited 40 minutes to be told the bike was not ready and the contract was not finished and no quad lock. Was told to come back the following morning.I was not shown the curtesy of a phone call and there was no apology. An afternoon off wasted.I waited while other sales staff just sat at their desk.Took the next morning off work to collect bike.I called the next morning to check it was ready. Someone took a message but they didn’t return my call. I took the chance and went down there anyway.No apology, no quad lock but bike was ready.Mark even asked me how I’d like to pay balance. I laughed and said I’d paid it 3 days earlier and sent him the receipt. Disorganised?5/10/22 email to Mark Daviot chasing up the quad lock. Received a curt response saying it was not in yet. Was told it would be a few days as I was told when purchased bike and when I collected the bike.I emailed again on 19/10/22. The email was ignored.I emailed again on 21/10/22 giving a deadline of 25/10/22 to respond or produce the lock. The email was ignored.I will not be buying a bike from there anytime soon and they have lost my servicing and accessories business.Try Western Edge Kawasaki instead because Mack1 Wangara, Mack1 Midland and Perth Kawasaki are all connected and Mark Indicated he owned them all.

Great service from Colby. Professional and helpful on the telephone and in person. Mack 1 is the place to go. Love my quads, this is our 4th Kawasaki

Absolutely fantastic service.I arrived with a snapped clutch lever from a fall,These guys let me borrow their tools to fit onsite ,I had issues fitting it but Colby came out and fitted for me.Big shout to Colby thankyou so much got home safe.

Took my beloveds Vulcan for its 12K service. It took like 5 or 6 hours but in the end, throttle response was good and the twin ran smooth as butterrr. Took the long way home to check things out , of course. They did a good job. Worked out to about $100 or so an hour. Ehh!

Patrick and the team are always friendly and helpful, great range of parts and accessories too.

Rosco and Tim Are the best in the biz. I’ve been buying though this store for over a year now. These two and the rest of the team provide amazing service and technical knowledge on parts and anything Kawasaki. Happily support the local business that gives superior service, every time. 10/10 without hesitation.

Got my zx10 serviced here, bike is so much better now, it’s nice to see they have got mature mechanics working on bikes rather than kids, service desk guy also really easy to deal with.
