The Good Guys Hervey Bay

I’m shocked and disgusting with a sales person Louise at Hervey Bay Good Guy. We went to pick up a Weber Bbq, when enquiring as to size to fit in the car, this person was totally rude and argumentative in her tone and manners. I asked if we could see the size of box this way we can access if it would fit into the car with seats down. I totally understand what she said but was unprepared for her hostile tone. I saw her then go to front counter where she obviously was discussing her version to counter person. She then went over to another area and again proceeded to verbalise her version. I made assumption of this as they both looking at us from across the showroom. I am absolutely shocked at this woman lack of customer service.

After sale service!!!. What after sale service. I have been waiting 5 weeks for a replacement, faulty 7 month old, TV. No follow-up ph calls from the Good Guys advising of any progress. Discussed with the so called GOOD GUYS.

Fantastic service and product knowledge . We visited on a Wednesday night for an event.We were greeted by an awesome salesman by the name of Darrin. Had the best time talking with him and to top it off got the deal I wanted.Absolute legend and rocker from the 80s. Well done and if you want a great deal talk with darrin.To add to the above. We renovated our kitchen and consulted with Darren about appliances to service us in our new kitchen. We went with Asko product and they haven’t disappointed us at all. Darren was fantastic with his selection and advice. Your an amazing bloke as well as salesman for good guys. We now have the kitchen finished and would love you to enjoy a meal with us one night. Great work matey!!!!!!! Over and above 5*

Highly recommend Louise at this store, today we had the privilege of meeting her.. she is very kind and thorough in her knowledge of the product. Very rare to find such a professional courteous sales person in the city. Well done Louise.

I definitely don't have any complaints.. It was easy shopping with a large display but I knew want I went there for & found it sure enough. The sales guy gave me a small discount which is better than nothing.. I got there just on closing but the staff were still friendly. Thanks for a easy purchase of my Ninja air fryer

We recently had our less than 12 month old microwave repaired. We took our microwave in and were almost immediately dismissed due to providing an Afterpay receipt instead of a physical copy. Even though they easily found our purchase in their computer system. The lady I spoke to at the counter was the rudest saleswoman I have ever met. She advised that if we had purchased warranty then we could’ve been waking away with a brand new microwave today, instead of waiting on a repair. I asked her how long it could take and her response was “how long is a piece of string”. The customer service was disgusting and we have just picked up our ‘repaired’ microwave today to find it greeting us with a massive scratch on the front. We will never be shopping here again.

Poor customer service for after sale. They like tell you what they think you want to hear to get you out of the store but don’t follow up. If the actually followed through with what they said or worked on managing expectation would be much better.

We were going to buy a new lounge. Not killing time. We were not approached by any employee. A couple of them chatting and looked at us and no acknowledgement . Finally we had to ask for assistance. A woman who we asked, couldn't answer questions and wandered off. Finally we had a young man that WAS helpful. We had cash so were buying. The only reason we didn't walk out was we did want the lounge they stocked and we had to wait 3 weeks which was fine. Luckily we found the lounge we wanted.
