I have been going to Vivaldi for hair for years. The staff are always so lovely and friendly. My hair is always done amazing and they go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my hair. A big appreciation for Todd. My sister and I are going to Europe and wanted our hair done blonde. My sister went to another hair salon and they did not do the greatest job. Todd saved the day by managing to get my sister an appointment to fix her hair and stayed late to make sure my sister was happy with her hair. She absolutely loved the colour and can’t thank Todd enough. Todd is such a kind and thoughtful person, always making sure customers are happy and well looked after. Thank you so much Todd! Would definitely recommend coming to get your hair done here. You won’t be disappointed.

Only been there once and had a good cut. Will be going back on Friday 5 May for another cut.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!Don't believe all the reviews.I had a full head of foils done at this salon yesterday. Once the colour/ bleach was rinsed off and the colourist was combing my hair, I could noticeably see that my hair was coming out into the comb and it was white. I was quite shocked and asked her to which she replied that it was normal ..... this has never happened to me before. When she walked away to get the toner I ran my hands over my hair and hair was just coming out!!I went with it because I felt that maybe I was over reacting. Once the toner was done and my hair was being dried again I could see hair coming out in the round brush. I walked away feeling quite uncomfortable about the quality of the service I had receivedThat evening at home when I looked at my hair and it looked fried !!! lots of strands along the part line had snapped barley a centimetre long. I was horrified knowing that there was nothing that could reverse this.I went back to the salon this morning to show them what had happened. At first the lady tried to play it down, telling me that it was baby hairs that become more visible when your hair is lightened !!! after I rebuked that ridiculous comment she admitted the bleach was probably too strong and offer a pretty weak apology. Promising to be more careful in future, then brought over a hair strengthening mask that would help repair the damage. We walked to the front counter and then expected me to pay for it !!! Unbelievable, this is the worst salon experience and customer service I have ever encountered. The sheer audacity to expect me to pay for a treatment to repair the hair they destroyed. You should be embarrassed and ashamed.Please consider very carefully if this is where you want to place your trust. If I could give this no stars I would.
