Shopping for a rug during stage 4 lockdown was not easy, but after several frustrating experiences with other retailers I came across Manoir Homewares. Alison made the entire process so easy with her friendly and responsive customer service, and in less than 2 weeks she had the perfect rug shipped directly to me from overseas. I highly recommend Manoir Homewares and I will definitely be shopping here again.

My husband and I were most impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of Alison in assisting us to purchase a unique gift for our younger daughter and husband.On the day we placed our order, three hours later the package was delivered to our home. You can't ask for better service than that and we are more than happy to recommend anyone wishing to buy something 'different' for the home, they should look no further.

The Shelley console table I bought is lovely and of very good design and quality. The photo on the website doesn't do it justice. Alison was extremely helpful, answering all my questions in a very timely manner and giving me precise measurements when requested. Delivery was very cheap and reliable. A very good experience.

Although it is an online store, Alison spent a lot of time helping me match my hall table console and provided exceptional customer service via email.
