I’d give no stars but there’s no option for that. One star is extremely generous.They gave my 11 year old medication he ended up not even needing due to being misdiagnosed. Four months of monthly blood tests and thousands of dollars spent, not to mention the fact that they were playing around with his hormones.The visit that finally made me decide it would be my final was today - When they said they need to keep him for blood tests (which I expressed I didn’t want to leave him there) only for me to call two hours later and be told they can’t do any blood tests due to exceeding the time frame from his last medication dose.Incompetent doesn’t even describe the staff and heartbroken doesn’t even begin to explain it. You’ve let both of us down when we trusted you most.Don’t recommend. And a message for this clinic: you need to remember you are dealing with LIVES, not a KPI you need to hit.

Love this vet best service, friendly staff, and they genuinely care for my fur kids. I also love that they have a separate waiting room for cats, so they are not stressed out by the dogs. It makes it so much easier to take your cat to the vet. I've been going here for about 14 years and won't take the fur baby's anywhere else. Grate location and easy to get to

They had a waiting room just for cats away from the dogs, the nurses and vets were very friendly and were very gentle on their approach with our cat. Our cat is usually quite stressed once she's home from any other vet and will hide for a while, but they made this a very calming experience for her. Will definitely be making green cross our regular vet!

We have been taking our Great Dane here for over 6years. We love this vet, always thorough - Arizona has had all kinds of treatments here from surgery through to revaluation checkups and vaccinations. They are very accomodating. If your looking for a well rounded vet in our local area I highly recommend green cross vets on Coreen Avenue.

Everyone there from reception, to 24hr emergency video call staff, to face to face vets- they are the best!! So kind, caring and helpful! Started with another clinic with my puppy before realising I should’ve gone to them straight away and signed up for healthy pets plus. Great value for so much love and care for my doggy. And they’re very caring towards us as owners if we’re worried about our sick pets and help explain and assure us realistically of what’s going on- so we don’t freak out when our crazy pups injure themselves….or eat something they shouldn’t have on the side of the road … again.

Dr Michelle is amazing. She takes such care and flexibility to ensure our fur babies stress levels stay down. Really appreciate the level of support she provides, and our fur baby absolutely LOVES her!

Typically our regular vet took my dog in as he had a massive golf ball size growth on his neck they did some testing and came back as neutrophils, vet advised that if we wanted to get rid of it surgery was the option. She gave me quote of about 1800 for the surgery. I thought that was a bit ridiculous so I went to another vet and was quoted about 1000 I took him in and was told due to its location to his lymph nodes was to dangerous to remove due to its size they said first we should try a coarse of antibiotics which should get rid of it. Long story short the antibiotics worked so my issue is that. Greencross vets will try to get you on the surgery as a only option with ridiculous prices just be mindful of what they tell you beside this I haven’t really had a problem with Greencross hence the 2 star

Took our senior cat for a checkup , they have a seperate area for wait with you cat. Friendly and caring staff , the checkup was thorough and comprehensive. The vet was good handling our cat.Highly recommend this Vet service.
