Today, January 20, 2023, at 5:07 p.m., the post office is closed. According to website working hours, the post office closes at 05:30 in the afternoon. I came from Sydney to pick up the package. What is correct, web. info. or the owner? It is an unprofessional attitude towards users. Zero tolerance.

Owner is very rude, turned up at 4:50 to pick up parcel and he told me to come back the next day as he “had not processed it yet” the parcel was on the front desk. They also claim to be open until 5:30, they are not. Photo attached was taken at 5:04. And the door is locked. Google say it confirmed hours 3 weeks prior to me writing this. Someone is not telling the truth

They never answer the phone and were not open during their opening hours. I have never had this much trouble with a Post Office before.
