Chatterbox Speech Pathology

Love the speech pathology service that’s delivered at this clinic. We see Kristy and she has gone out of her way to make a great connection with my son who is currently non verbal. I feel the lessons, and homework are fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this service as you definitely get a great experience.

Said our son was on their waiting list in mid 2022 - its now 2023 - no advice - no return calls to voice messages left - very disappointed with the level of care for our childs needs.

I am so impressed with this clinic! Lovely positive vibe & helpful staff. Both my girls have received such amazing help! Their therapists have been so lovely and welcoming but they’ve also made a huge effort to connect with each of my girls on their level to keep them interested and motivated (one is under 10 & one is a teenager). You can tell they know what they’re doing BUT they actually genuinely care which for me is important. They explain to me what they did each session and keep me in the loop re my girls progress. Can’t ask for anything more than that!

I just want to say a big thank you to the girls at Chatterbox, Bella Vista!I was nervous to start the process as I didn't now what to expect but what I and my daughter got was understanding, positivity and above all honesty. My daughter loves coming each week because you make the experience fun for her. Your girls always make sure they take the time to let me know what is going on after each session, and will answer any questions I have.I can't recommend you enough, and look forward to seeing how my daughter progresses under your care.

What a great clinic, the staff are amazing! They are so helpful and positive. I received excellent support and guidance from the moment I made the first phone call and spoke to the receptionist about booking my daughters assessment. Her therapist has been fantastic and shows that she truly cares about my daughters progress. I especially love how I am always kept in the loop about where to next for my daughter and how she is progressing at the end of each session. I can not recommend this service enough.
