I am very pleased with the service provided by Rebel Pest Professionals. They communicate clearly and responsively. The technician was on time and followed some special instructions in the way I wanted. Last year he managed to eradicate an infestation of German Cockroaches. Twelve months later they have not returned. I will continue to use their services.

Rebel performed our termite inspection and pests spray , I found them extremely professional and very prompt. I was very happy with the job and the guys were very courteous and helpful.I would highly recommend them .

Had our house sprayed recently and was most happy and satisfied by the work undertaken. Rob was most friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing. In the past, haven’t had a spider or cockroach problem following spraying although our property adjoins a heavily timbered reserve. Highly recommended and excellent value and service.

Previously have used Rebel Pest Professionals with great effect.Had them return for a follow up 6 months later to re-bait and inspect the effect of the first baiting in the roof space.On the return visit, the new technician who arrived couldn't fit in the roof space, and he did his best to distribute the baits where he could access; however, this did not constitute the service as described and I was changed full price, with the invoice being issued to me on the 6th day out of 7 within the preferred payment period.A slightly disappointing outcome the second time around.EDIT after below reply from RPP:Rebel Pest Professionals have since reached out to me to address my review. The first inspection was carried out by a much larger technician than the second, whom sighted personal safety as an issue. Not to be discouraged, Rebel Pest Professionals are not only returning to perform the bait and inspection free of charge; they are using this as a training opportunity for others in our high ceiling, single pitch roof space. Above and beyond what I expected as a response. Thank you Rebel Pest Professionals!

Such a great service! I’d recommend using Rebel Pest to anyone.We had several wasp nests and they were able to fit us in so quickly. The technicians were very friendly, accommodating, and thorough!
