Gentle when taking blood. Closed over lunch

The Australian lady is really good ,one of the best but the Indian lady could well be the worst ,never has found a vein and blames lack of water in your system when she can't find a vein ,also the receptionist on the day is disinterested and vague not even knowing the simplest of questions .

The lady working on the 22nd January 2021 at this centre was absolutely horrible when taking my husbands blood. After giving him a lecture about not drinking enough water to her standards, she dug around in his arm with a needle looking for a vein and failed. She swnt him home saying it was his fault for not drinking enough water. He came home, smashed back 1litre of water and went back. She again dug around in his other arm looking for a vein finally finding one and doing her damn job. Her final words to my husband, if you drank more water that wouldn't have happened. I cant wait to see the bruising he gets you horrid woman. Heres a tip. Get a job you like away from needles and people.
