Down in Dromana on holidays...As always unfortunately, hard to find edible food down here. Terrible batter on fish, scollops and potato cakes. We threw it all in the bin. CAN ANYONE IN RESTURANTS ON THE PENNINSULA COOK?

Aside from waiting far too long for F&C's on a week night, our 3 pieces of nowhere-near-fresh-fish was inedible. It was dry, powdery and certainly NOT Flake. Don't waste your time.

Fish wasn't fresh and it wasn't flake!!!! I think that's pretty poor form but the chips we really good though.

The most overrated, over priced, under delivered fish n chip shop in the whole of Victoria!Flakes were cut in half and called ‘portion sizes’, small amount of chips even though they call it a large, hair in our order and the wait time was supposed to be 45 minutes - 1 hour and 30 minutes later!!Whilst we do not mind the wait during peak season it is NO EXCUSE to under cut your customers on their orders whilst continuing to charge a premium price!There are many other fish n chip shops that are much better!

First fish and chips fish we had after landing in Melbourne. Really tasty and fresh fish, a big variety to choose from. Not oily at all. A really small it cozy space. Prices are affordable.

Tried this store based on other's reviews. I should have paid more attention to the negatives! Skinny chips that must have come from the supermarket. Oily finish to everything and a truly unpleasant smell and taste to the fish. We took a few bites and threw it away. I will never, ever visit this store again.

Fantastic service. Ordered two family meals and a hsp. Quality was amazing. Fast service. Fresh fish and chips. Nice and hot. Clean oil was used to cook the food. Friendly staff. Gave my family extra fish. Fantastic place. Highly recommended. Thank you

We got the family pack from here and it was awesome, the fish, chips everything was cooked perfect. The chips were crunchy, just the way my family loves it. Definitely recommend this place.

Read the reviews of this place and was looking forward to good quality chips. Unfortunately I was disappointed as the chips had an oily aftertaste (more so than normal deep-fried chips) that made them slightly unpleasant to eat. It might have been because it wasn't busy, I was the only customer in the store, so the oil wasn't hot enough.Aside from that the store was nice, staff were friendly and the wait time was acceptable.Feel this could be a really nice store with the location of the beach and parks across the road, just need the food to be better than average.
