Industry Refrigeration and Air conditioning

My A/C was in need of repair or replacement. Sam gave me choice of either. He advised me repair may not fully solve problem. Should have took his advice. Ended up needing new unit which he came back and put in after already doing full replacement of part trying to fix old one.Sam totally looked after me on price and made sure l ( the customer) was satisfied.Left the place spotless, very courteous & professional. I've used this company ONCE, for a Fridge repair stops working suddenly. After dealing with multiple other companies, getting quotes and feeling pressured to make a decision on a unit quickly and without enough information, I found this company online! they gave me information on what I could do in both situations, replacement options and gave me enough time to make a decision. I never felt pressured or that they were trying to sell" me something on the spot.Their install technician was also amazing

We engaged Sam to service our air-conditioning units at our gym after being frustrated with constant let downs from some of the big players in town i.e. following up constantly for quotes and never receiving a response. He was immediately responsive and arranged a time to visit us promptly after our first conversation.His service was thorough and he spent a lot of time inspecting the units properly rather than a rush job. Was reccomended to Sam as my aircons were dirty and leaking water and I was amazed by the prompt and quality service! They look brand new and after he cleaned my pipes the leaking vanished! Definitely reccomend industry air if you want bang for buck!
