Absurd disgusting horrible store in whole Australia!!!!I have never write a review like this but this needs to be addressed!!Do me a favour Australians Do Not Shop in this store !!!I purchased an item online. few months later they have removed the item. Until I asked them they never said this to me.Now to get the refund no one answer or reply to my emails.What on earth is this ???They are scamming people's money in daylight!!!I lost my money just like that but ill warn you now - im not going to stop here Ishka !!!

No update on my online order other then it saying dispatched. I ordered this 3 weeks ago and looks like I won't have it in time for Christmas. I've been on the phone on hold for over 30mins and no one has even answered. If I don't get my item I'll never buy from them again. So disappointing.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE!!!!I have been waiting for my online order for over 10weeks! Christmas gifts and its now February. They do not answer emails or calls, service is pathetic. I would not recommend buying online if you actually want the products. Going by other reviews they might be scamming people. I will be reporting this with ACCC as I’m not getting anywhere with Ishka ‘customer service’! Soo disappointed as I have shopped with them at their shops but they all seemed to have closed.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE ONE START - ABSOLUTE ZERO STARS for this company. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Purchased online in February... got a notification to advise order had been processed .... then absolutely nothing. A week goes by and still nothing... so I email.... No response! Online chat... 30 minute wait to be told it will be posted soon. 3 weeks later, email telling me items are ready for delivery. Eventually get my items and they are grossly undersized, cheap rubbish from China that are supposedly worth $130. Not even a label on them. Submit a request to return as no amount of dieting will help me ever fit into them. Get an automated email back advising I will receive an email shortly with instructions on how to return. Guess what... a week later still no email. So on the phone I get and leave a message asking someone to call me... even though I know nobody ever will. Then start an online chat and wait 20 minutes. Finally get an email with return instructions. Wish me luck getting my refund. The customer service is as equally appalling as the quality of the clothing. Never Ever Again. Shame on you ISHKA!

**DO NOT ORDER ONLINE ****I suggest only purchasing in store*I placed an order back in September. Still have not received refund. I have been the one sending the emails for updates.After not getting any response, I requested a refund, still haven’t gotten it. No communication, absolutely horrible customer service! Called them today, to speak to someone regarding the issue, but apparently they don’t have a customer care team, or anything to give feedback.

Shame on me for not checking the reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Placed an order 2nd Feb 23 that I had to follow up several times, kept being told it was coming. Several weeks later was told the order could not be filled. Was told I would get a credit ( never got this ) I requested a refund as i did not want to deal with them any longer. 7 weeks later and still no refund. Just receive platitudes in the live chat ( only way to contact them ). My experience is fraudulent - take my money with no intentions of a refund. I am now taking the mater to fair trading. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Online storeThey should have an option for 0 stars.Ordered on the 9th February and they didn’t ship my order. I kept contacting them and they reassured me it was on the way. Received a notification on the 15th March saying that they couldn’t supply my order and a store credit was provided. As if I would order again. I started that I wanted a full refund to my original payment method Contacted them over 20 times to resolve the matter but no response or resolution. They are still advertising the same product when they know that they can’t supply the product. Buyer beware.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ISHKA. I made a purchase several weeks ago and have had no update of items being sent, I can’t find an option on cancelling my order and there is no way of communicating with them. Tried emailing, messenger and even tried the number given to afterpay. No luck, it’s absolutely ridiculous that they can continue to trade online especially after seeing all the complaints. Trying to cancel my payments with afterpay but that doesn’t seem to be an option.

Absolutely expensive store, no wonder why people don't buy a thing... a thousands of different types of goods can be found here, but not on reasonable prices, even with the discounts... I always wanted to explore this store and probably buy something to refresh my home decor, unfortunately I notice that the quality is overpriced. However, it has interesting stuff, so people give it a try.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered an item 12/11/22 and received no updates. Sent four emails with no response. Tried the chat function just to be told on repeat it’s delayed but coming and can take up to 6 weeks. It’s now been 7 and a half weeks and still nothing. I’ve asked for updates, nothing. I’ve paid money for a goods item that I’ve not received nearly 2 months later. Unbelievable.
