Just collected my Harley from Troy and I couldn't be more pleased with the service work done on the old girl. The mechanic did a brilliant job - everything I had asked for plus more. I think it is in a better condition now than when I bought it new many years ago. The price was also very reasonable. Thanks fellas.

Great attitude and service.After breaking down on the side of the road with a fuel leak I called for the first time. They picked up the bike for me fast, fixed it in the time we discussed and got it right. Troy and Glen both clearly care about what they are doing and from the range of bikes in service there know how to do it well. Thanks again guys

You guys are awesome. I am glad I made the phone call to see if you could service/clean carby etc. on our quad you were more than happy to work on any brand of bike. Very helpful and absolutely no problem when a couple of other motorbike shops that I phoned wouldn’t touch our little Chinese quad.I would trust you with my Goldwing…….if I had one!!!Worth phoning Needle and Jet if you want good old Aussie service and respect.

Troy and Glenn are simply the best. They give you a very good honest and personalized service, which is very rare in this day and age. They carried out various repairs on my motorcycle, which I’m very happy with. They even collected and delivered the bike.

Excellent customer service from head honcho (the boss) and would recommend anyone looking for a motorbike to try Troy! He's phenomenomal with how myself and my friend were spoken to and he answered all of my questions to the best of his ability and his excellent patient with the afterpay when it didn't want to work has some sick bikes for sale I just had to have one myself thankyou again Troy for you time and effort love your work mate can't wait to buy another!
