Anytime we have an internet issue we call our chief geeks at ITAC TECHNOLOGY. This time we hadn't realised that there was a planned overnight NBN outage, which required a reboot of our modem-.router.. ITAC are very responsive and actually do what they say they'll do... really top professional service for any IT issue....thoroughly recommended

Moving our head office from Sydney to Byron happened without any glitches thanks to the outstanding support from the ITAC team. Then move posed some significant business challenge especially when you consider that we are a national business that relies on its IT infrastructure to manage daily order processing and dispatch. I am please to say that thanks to the ITAC team our operations continued as normal and our daily operations were not disrupted in any way. Great support, great people.

Took my laptop in to get fixed. The man said it would cost $180 to look at to see if there was a problem. He then gave the laptop back and charged $203. He said the issue might possibly be something to do with the battery. Took the laptop home and it stopped working again. I then brought it back to the man and he showed how to temporary fix it (undoing the back and taking the battery in and out). Laptop still broken so no resolution to my problem. Paid $203 for nothing basically.Would suggest making sure the issue is fixed before paying any money.

Had a massive issue with my iPad (kids got to it and locked me out). The team at ITAC worked through the issue and managed to save the day by reestablishing connectivity without losing my data. Massive sigh of relief. Thanks guys.
