I've been practicing reformer pilates at KX Pilates Newstead since February and cannot recommend it enough! The studio has great natural light, is always clean and offers cold water and towels. The instructors are friendly and professional and the classes are a good workout but also really fun!

Challenging, consistent and motivating! I love to start my mornings with KX Pilates Newstead and have really noticed a change in my body and mind. Beautiful studio with professional instructors and a flexible timetable - it keeps me grounded and I've enjoyed watching my body become fitter and stronger.

I started KX Pilates on the introductory offer and have never looked back. The ladies here are fabulous and passionate about what they do. They are welcoming and attentive to attendees - due to the fact that the classes are small. Classes don't feel like they go for 50minutes as there is always good music playing. Highly recommend KX Pilates Newstead!

Went to a beginners class and it definitely was not beginners. Samara was lovely and friendly but spoke way too fast. This class was more intermediate to advanced. I have done other entry level classes in other Pilates studios and I felt supported and safe. This class went 100 miles per hour and it was too intense for my back. Maybe get beginners to start on lighter weights perhaps...Not agood introduction. Won't be back.
