Waste of time trying to buy anything from Harvey Norman for a bathroom. Went to a Harvey Norman retail store and they told me to go to Port Melbourne. Rang Port Melbourne and was told that I have to go through my builder. All I wish to do is look and may or may not purchase. But you can't look without a builder and going through your builder. Guess that they won't get many sales that way! How silly.

Very disappointed with the service and the communication with the team at Harvey Norman. Quite robotic in their approach with no guidance or assistance. No one bothers to respond when clarification is requested in writing. Their after service is rather disappointing as they really don't comprehend that service is about communication and doing the right thing by their customers when things go wrong from their end. Maybe if a review is left on this site they might finally find the time to respond. I should call out the sales manager Anthony who should at a point of escalation call back at the very least. If this is how the sales manager behaves no wonder others think it's ok to do the same.

I can’t believe. The management of this company is really bad… I waited so long for Sarah Bolton to get back to me . Took ages like 2 weeks just to place a simple order then spoke to Adam ( he sounded frustrated over the phone and rude ) wow . What a customer service. It’s my message for everyone . If u need to buy something . Dnt waste your time here :). They really need to work on their product placement system.

Ordered 3 laptops through the online store, completely normal order, my usual credit card… order was cancelled by “Harvey Norman security”… still don’t have my refund, nor do I have laptops, which were intended for kids as Christmas presents… don’t have my money to go and buy different ones in the Black Friday sales. Thanks Harvey Norman for completely f$&king it up…. Never using your online store again, useless system… highly recommend no one ever trust their online store with something that’s actually important, useless company. This is going on every Harvey Norman location I can find…. That’s how angry I am.
