WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Box was nothing like the picture online - flowers were dying and so poorly arranged. I was left feeling so embarrassed when my friend sent through photos of what she'd received. Huge let down..DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is the second year running I have used Urban Bunches. I'm an aussie in the UK and i wanted to send my mum some special flowers for her birthdays. I have found other Aussie florists very overpriced and generic looking , with expensive delivery, Urban Bunches offer a free delivery service which is amazing and flowers 100 times better than all the generic ones from big online names. Last year i got her a gorgeous orchid from UB, this year i got her Posy 2 and my mum was over the moon. Absolutely beautiful flowers such good value and price I will use you everytime!

I had a wonderful experience with Urban Bunches, Perth. I ordered two Mother's Day gift boxes for family in Perth a couple of days out from Mother's Day, and all the way from Canada. I was worried I had left it too late, or that I wouldnt be able to communicate my intentions clearly over email. Turns out I had nothing to be concerned about. Although the shop was v low on flowers due to it being such a popular day, they kindly substituted my gift boxes with a gorgeous tropical plant, and still managed to deliver both items on Mother's Day itself, for no delivery fee. The whole packaging was just beautiful, put together with so much care, and great value. Communication and service top notch. Highly recommend! Will be back for sure.

I ordered from them in the morning today to surprise my girlfriend. I told them that she normally leaves work early and within a couple of hours the delivery was made before she left work! The flower delivery is arranged beautifully and exceeds those of the pictures.Additionally they have excellent customer service and are very friendly! Will definitely be using them again!

I ordered a medium bunch of flowers worth $69.95 to be sent for my friend's birthday. They never got sent. After sending numerous emails (apparently the best way to contact Urban Bunches as per their social media sites), phone call attempts and a facebook message, Urban Bunches finally responded after 10 days. They apologised and said they would send their largest bunch to my friend the next morning and also apologise to her for the mix-up". This never happened!I emailed again

Ordered Nov 2020Once again, Urban Bunches has come through for me. I purchased from overseas back in May ( uploaded pic of the Coffee set). My first experience being such a pleasant experience, I had decided to use them again. This time, I chose the tea set with a small plant because the person I am gifting to was more of a tea person. The package looks great, the recipient was happy! I mean, gifting your friends and loved ones from overseas to be delivered to them in Aus is always a nice experience! I found Urban Bunches online after scouring through many florists. What appealed most to me is their packages. Many packages I have seen from other companies were just all flowers. Sometimes I like to give more than flowers and something that could be of use or kept. For that, Urban Bunches stood out. My friend has received her gift and it looks as pictured online, even better actually. They are beautifully presented in a box. Definitely will use Urban Bunches again in future. Highly recommended! Impeccable customer service. Ordered a bunch to send to my friend for her birthday, unfortunately on the day the delivery driver was unable to get into the business so they were unable to make the delivery. Urban bunches contacted me straight away and asked for a home address to deliver on the Saturday, this unfortunately again didn’t work out so we finally arranged to have them delivered again on the Monday. Throughout this process Urban Bunches were excellent on communication, they not only delivered a fresh beautiful bouquet but also popped in an extra surprise for my friend.I really appreciated the excellent service I received and won’t hesitate to shop again through Urban Bunches.

Incredible service at a very fair priceMy first time using Urban bunches and they ticked all the boxes. They confirmed the order straight away in a busy period and also kept me up to date throughout the process. I received a very nice text from them to confirm that it had been delivered and how the flowers presented. The flowers looked great and was very good value.Would recommend and definitely use again.
