Frenchman bay beach
One of, if not the best, most easily accessible beach in Albany. 20-25mins out of the city itself with bbq and toilet facilities. Calm clear blue waters, white sand, lots of shade and nice shallows for the kiddies to swim in - perfect for a family day out. Busy during summer period.

Beautiful spot, not too busy and quite protected from weather. Amenities include toilets up the hill, bins and a few tables in the shade. Scattered parks but limited.

Probably one of the best beaches in Albany. Frenchman bay is around 35 kms away from Albany next to the whaling station. The water is crystal clear and is perfect for a swim when the weather is hot. If you are looking to fly a drone at the beach make sure you come down the ramp and then fly once on the beach.

Great place for a picnic. Tables nestled amongst the shade of the trees on the shore. BBQ on site and public amenities, including an outdoor fresh water shower a short walk up the hill.

Frenchman bay beach
A gorgeous gem of a beach. Not too busy too which was surprising it was New Year's Day.Had a nice snorkel there, seeing some King George Whiting. One bloke even caught a squid whilst stand up paddling!
