I looked into many interior design studios before coming across Guru - I immediately knew I wanted the team here to help me with my bakery project. The team helped design, manage, plan, and source everything to turn the vision into reality. They took ownership for every stage of the process, and I look forward to working with them on more projects in the future!

Guru renovated our kitchen. I had some trepidation as I had never done a project like this before. Boy, did they ever exceed our expectations! Stellar job. We've used Guru for design three times and for fit-out's once. In addition, they've also helped us with a few refurbs of our existing stores.The quality their work is first rate. So good to partner with a company that's actually quite good at all of it - Design, Refurbs, and Full Fitouts, as well as small follow up jobs (which is something most groups won't come back for). I can't recommend them highly enough.

This provider does not want to pay our invoice for work done. Not one email, text or call to communicate why it's not being paid or when it will be paid. Beware of this company as clearly it is not paying it's contractors.

To state simply that Guru and Tina delivered a successful fitout for The Hidden Source wouldn’t do the success of the project justice.As a crystal specialty gallery we presented a unique challenge. We engaged Guru to create a fantasy experience that would transport our clients from reality into a world of magic and mystery where all things are possible.Our concept was to create a crystal cave of organic shelving, display holes and to include the elements. We needed the feel of authenticity as well as sophistication. We needed to inspire curiosity along with the comfort of luxury.We also needed the expertise of seasoned hands to guide us through the project because this was our first time doing anything like this and we had zero experience. Guru did not disappoint.To begin, Tina asked us to tell her our hopes and dreams. She was studious and endeavoured to learn all things about our concept, product and desired environment for our crystal specialty gallery.Upon meeting them for the virtual design presentation we were awestruck. The detail and the subtly of what they had come up with far exceeded anything we had expected. It was as if Tina had absorbed our information, expanded upon it, and Improved upon it.The delivery of the project was in a timely manner and of an acceptable outcome. As all things, there can be delays and obstacles, but with Guru at the helm we were always well informed and understood the mechanics of the process due to clear and constant communication. This allowed us to be well prepared and minimised any stressors that might be experience with a build of such magnitude and difficulty.The cost of the project was equitable. Tina did such and incredible design that we were pleased with the estimated costs. We wanted a destination location, something that hadn’t been done before and some parts of our build had not been attempted previously. Guru and Tina completed the build within the quoted estimate. From my understanding, often with luxury fit-out designs, there can be quite a gab between the quote and the final bill. Guru delivered on time and on budget.We couldn’t have been happier, it’s a design that inspires and each day we hear compliments, awe and pure pleasure from clients who enter the space. Interestingly we have had quite a few fellow interior designers come in and ask a plethora of questions about our shop. Specifically, the rammed earth plinths and counter receive the most attention.Our staff, who have much experience working in crystal shops, are blown away at the attention to detail and the beauty of the space. It’s an environment that is a pleasure to work in day after day. As the owner, I have not been able to suppress a smile each time I enter, through the arch, into the magical world Tina and Guru created for us.As I stated in the beginning. To say it was a success doesn’t do the process and result justice. We asked them to deliver the world. They delivered the universe.
