I found Smartwave Electrical through Google as I was looking for a local business to do some electrical works in my unit - installing a ceiling fan and dimmer switches.Mark came around to give me a quote within half an hour of me calling, was helpful, professional and gave me a realistic estimate. He confirmed the appointment date, turned up on time and completed the works efficiently and perfectly.I'm extremely happy with the work completely and can't recommend SmartWave Electrical enough. Mark /SmartWave installed downlights and dimmer for our house and the work is of good quality. Mark was open and clear with his communication, always turned up at the time that he said he would and went about completing the job in a no fuss manner. Good service and have already recommended him to my family. Will definite use again.

We found Mark on google, was very good to deal with - always responsive, reliable (very important) and punctual, communicative if any delays. Also very honest when explaining what needed to be done or why things cost a certain amount. We hired him back more than a few times to sort out more things that needed to be done around the house. Would recommend!
