Josh is awesome!!! If you want a wetsuit go to tonik!! Every one on the surf coast does. They always have the best prices and service!!Prices are cheaper than online!!!

I purchased a jacket on Sunday, and its too small with a jumper underneath so i called up on Tuesday to ask if i could return it for a refund. Was surprised to learn they don't offer refund for change of mind which is very behind the times for retail in this day and age.

Previous staff member of the Waurn Ponds store so maybe a little biased but I love Tonik! I recently took a trip down memory lane and visit the Barwon Heads store while I was in the area. Still amazing staff, and got a bargain as always! Some of my best memories are while working for Niki & Tony!

Legends, did a number on a fin today and had to grab a replacement, best customer service I've had in a long time, got what was left out of the old fin for me and chucked the new one in. Absolute lifesaver

Fantastic service from Pat/ Patrick in purchasing a steamer wetsuit ( for a beginner). Took me through all the options, listened to my requirements and patiently helped me try on a number suits. So friendly, no pressure. Great price as well - talked me into a cheaper option when I may have paid more for something I didn't need. Have used this shop before when I needed a replacement fin for my daughter's foamie. No one else could help and they dug around in an old box out the back to find what I needed for a throwaway price. Would definitely shop here again.

Josh has been the first surf shop employee that made me feel comfortable. Super welcoming, informed and supportive. Surf shops can be intimidating for kooks and he made me feel valid in my new obsession & valued as a customer.I FINALLY have a wetsuit that fits my frame (after being sold an ill fitting suit in Torquay). He directed me to the best deal for this also. His customer service was impeccable.6 months later when I needed help with my suit he spent time on the phone with me, sent me proof of purchase (which I had lost) and updated me with all the info I need to action my 1 year warrantee on my RipCurl suit.Excellent service & now my surf shop of preference even though I live in NSW.
