Fortunately, after googling plumbers,I got lucky,and found a great company in R.D. Plumbing solutions.Two competent plumbers worked over two days to get our toilet working in our new home. The company is very professional and efficiently did what had to be done.

The plumber had a friendly, courteous nature. I liked his honesty in outlining potential difficulties in advance, his patience with me and his total lack of arrogance. I would be happy for him to rectify my next plumbing challenge.

David was very thorough, informed me what they were going to do to resolve the issue and at the end he gave me all the available options. He explained that trying to repair of unit would be essentially wasted money on a unit towards the end of it's life. He will provide a couple of quotes for replacement unit, if we wanted them to do the work. Will certainly use them again. Honest, reliable, no sales pitch just good sound advice.

Booked them after another plumbing company bailed on me. They got someone to come onsite to fix the blocked drain on the same day. Very friendly and professional plumber, gave me a fixed price quote before starting the job and fixed the problem. Made further suggestions on how to improve and lessen risk of future blockage and now waiting for them to give me a qoute for the next job I need done. Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I could not fault anything with this company especially David. I had several quotes for a new outdoor kitchen installation and the three other plumbers wanted to cut cement and lawns etc to get to the sewer but David came and said that it was not needed and instead to use a Macerator pump. He organized hot water from my kitchen to the outside kitchen, he organized gas line to my BBQ on the outside kitchen too and he installed a kitchen sink and tap fittings. It saved me well over seven thousand dollars to do it his way with absolutely no mess or headaches.He always came on time and was always explaining what he was doing or going to do. His attention to detail was exceptional ( i have my own cleaning business for 30 years) I would absolutely recommend RD Plumbing for all your plumbing and gas needs. I would like to congratulate and thank David for his professionalism.

RD Plumbing was very efficient & attended promptly to the job. However I did not know of the minimum charge of $220.00 for what turned out to be a small job. I would have appreciated a heads up of that as well as the inspection fee.

Lachy was extremely helpful and professional. He did a fantastic job, dealing with a very dirty situation! He was friendly and I highly recommend his services. I can't thank him enough!

Had an issue regarding a drain blockage and sent off an enquiry through their website. I received a prompt reply and was able to have them come out within a few days and fix the issue.
