How is this place still operating?? Worst shellac pedicure, arrogant and unprofessional. They have no skills in nail salon techniques. Avoid.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had and they were rushing (not busy in store). They used the same utensils on another lady that were used on myself without sanitising... They also buffed and filed my nail after putting a layer of polish making my nails bumpy and uneven.definitely not going back here!

This is well done job and beautiful manicure.I will come back

The lady who was working on Sunday 12 March 2023 was very rude. She was so unprofessional and my nails was poorly done. The nail cut was not even and the nail polish was also not done properly. It was the worst experience ever just getting a pedicure. In the end, I had to re-do my toenails at home because I was clearly not satisfied with their service

I went to this salon for an infill and shellac polish. Their workmanship is shoddy and poorly finished. Nails look thick and uneven. In between each layer of polish drying she took time to buff and file her own nails! Will not be visiting again!

I got shellac on my fingernails and my friend got a nail polish pedicure and we were both disappointed with the outcome. The lady’s were rude and unsanitary, they didn’t wear gloves or any protective clothing (no masks as well) especially during Covid. She painted them very messily and they looked as if I painted them myself. She also harmed my nail plate and buffed them way too much. She was complaining that it wasn’t her fault after I asked her to clean them up because my nails were too small and thin. We will not be coming back here again because of terrible customer service and rushing even when there was no body in the store. We think she took advantage of us because we’re young teenagers/girls.

Rude and slow service. One of the staff sat next to me whilst I was waiting chewing on fruit and prawn chips.. talk about annoying!

I bought my wife a gift voucher for this place. When she went to redeem it the people didn't know what she was using and became quite rude. The 2nd time she went in they started shouting at her for no reason

Worst salon I have EVER been to. DO NOT go here. I paid $55 for a shellac pedicure where the lady aggressively picked the skin off my toenails (extremely painful and could cause an infection). She skipped almost every step involved in a pedicure - no scrub, nothing. ALL of my toenails were completely uneven and had been cut so short that they couldn't even be filed to a normal shape. The nail polish was applied all over my skin as well, there was nothing tidy about this pedicure it looked like a 5 year old had done it. When I went back 30 minutes later and politely asked the lady to fix them, she spoke to me extremely rudely, made my toenails look even WORSE and refused to give me any of my money back. Zero customer service, they need to shut down. No wonder they are never busy. Do not, DO NOT go here EVER!!!!!!
