I had a caravan stored short term at the North Geelong facility after buying it from the previous owner who stored it there. Nothing was too much trouble for Brad and Annette, who were professional, helpful and thoughtful.I wish there were more businesses that operate like these guys with integrity and maturity when issues arise. Patto was open and honest about works required, serviced axle and replaced my brakes, bearings etc at a reasonable price. It drives very smooth and pulls up well now. Definitely going back for future services of my off road camper.

Dropped in to get some curtain track rivets replaced. Lovely staff did it on the spot, took 5 mins, no charge. Really impressive service. I'll be back when it's time for major maintenance.

Pattos are excellent to deal with -very friendly people, great service and reasonably priced.We booked our caravan in for 2 months storage and they also sorted an electrical issue for us whilst it was in storage which was very convenient.
