Terrible experience, do not use unless you want them to destroy your house and belongings, extremely reckless. I ordered an entertainement unit from Harvey Norman at Jindalee who have since cancelled their contract with Just Logistics citing numerous issues. Two guys turned up, one came inside, looked where the item was going whilst I was busy trying to secure cats so they don’t run out. I opened both front doors and they came through and smashed our glass chandelier which was right by the doors. Drivers were not apologetic, I then had to call their manager and hunt around for spare parts for the glass they had damaged. There were no parts available but rather than quote on a replacement I managed to find an old one for $170 where I offered to fit it rather than an electrician. To my dismay, Just Logistics has offered just $20 per driver towards this citing I needed to take responsibility for them smashing my chandelier. I am beyond astounded and still in shock at their disgraceful treatment. Use at your own risk.
