Scott is an amazing property manager who is always available and always has answers to my questions- easy or hard! It brings me great comfort as an owner and he does an amazing job. There is great transparency around his passion for the industry. Amazing experience! Since day 1 the staff did things really easy for us. We never had any issue and they are always predisposed to help at any time.

If the system allow me to choose my own rating figure, I will take -999, based on my painful experience with this agency company who manage my rental property in Queens Park.Please read the facts I provided bellow, not just by my words.1. The property manager, Louisianna Giumelli, never knew the tenant had 2 breach of lease terms, until I found out and instructed her to do something but Louisianna just told me she will issue a letter to the tenant, and saying she couldn't do anything further. So, the tenant continued the breaches, until the last day of the rental lease.2. Louisianna said she conducted regular inspection of the property, so she should know, within 2 years plus of rental period, the tenant had kept a 80kg English Mastiff and 2 adult cats indoor. The animal poo was sticking on many parts of the carpet, and the whole house smells worse than a toilet. Based on the ingoing property condition report, only about 3 nails on the wall was mentioned. But during final inspection, I found out the tenant had made at least 30 holes on my wall, with nails or pictures hangers. The walls are full of dirty marks, mould stains. Scott, who conducted final inspection and wrote the report, make a conclusion: The property was handed back in an overall satisfactory condition." What a joke!
