Excellent customer service, very friendly staff (Especially Hoda), the quality of service is extremely amazing. Have been coming to Looksmart Joondalup for the past couple of years. Loving their work all the time. 100% happy.

I went to LookSmart Alterations Joondalup last weekend to fix a dress of mine that was too big around the waist and needed a shortening.Their customer service was fantastic. The ladies were so polite and professional when I told them my concerns.When I collected the garment it fitted like a glove! And it only took a day to get it done !!I am so pleased with their service and I will definitely be going there again!!

I had a fantastic experience with getting my suit altered that were too large after I'd lost some weight a number of years ago. I loved the pants so much that I couldn't bear to send them to the donation box. Making an appointment was very easy on phone.When I got to the store, I was greeted with very friendly staff members that were more than happy to help! After I tried it on, and they pinned the suit and I was already looking a million times better. Upon paying at the till, the staff were very understanding of my situation and even gave me 2 20% off discounts!They finished the job so fast and when I tried it back on it was like the suit was made for me. It fit perfect and the quality of the tailoring was top tier.Overall, I will definitely be coming back to LookSmart Altwrations for every alterations in the future. I am behind happy with my experience and would recommend anyone to go.

What can I say, just wow. First off the customer service was brilliant. As I soon as I walked I was greeted by a lovely staff member who made sure my suit would fit me in a way that I liked and would look good on me. Came back to try my suit on and they definitely didn’t disappoint. The staff were very understanding I’ve how I wanted my suit to look on me and they did a great job at meeting my expectations. The staff member once again greeted me as I was leaving and kindly offered me a 20% discount for next time I came back. If you are looking for alterations I would highly recommend coming looksmart Joondalup.

Been using their service for couple of years now (since I remember I needed any alterations) and always great result in making my outfit look smarter. I dropped my doona in for dry cleaning.What I dropped in was a $380 500 GSM box-stiched Australian merino wool doona. That was not what was returned to me.What I got back was in neither appearance or quality even close to my doona. It was not box-stitched. I doubt it was 500 GSM or even wool for that matter.After losing my high-quality doona and paying the dry cleaning fee for this sub-standard doona, I now have to go and buy a new doona.They offered me a 20% discount of my next service!I will not be returning!

I paid 75$ for alteration to shorten two straps of a dress. Immediately after paying i requested money back due to change of mind and as it was too pricey for a small job. They wouldn't repay me although it was immediately after payment and advised it was their policy that once paid they cant pay you back even if they didn't do the work. I later went to collect the dress and it was not altered properly. I am not someone to complain therefore i never said anything but this was last September and their poor service still disappoints me so i thought i would leave a review for others like me. Be aware! Once you pay you cant get your money back and decide not to go with them, even if its immediately after you pay!!

I was rushed to check the fitting to alter my jacket. Asked for quote and couldnt tell me unless i sign up. End up it was a rip off just cut the sleeve cost me $59Not so friendly and as i said the lady was rushingAlso did not even told me when the cut tje sleeve need to adjust the whole lot so end up the jacket sleeve was too loosedWill send thru a formal compalintMade a complaint and guess what today another customer was complaining wasting their time to sign and being charged exhorbitant amount of moneyI thought as a sign of gesture they will not charge me to make it worst the lady seem to be the owner franchisee was arguing with me making a case that i was wrongTotally disgracefull customer service!!Avoid this shop at all cost!

Very efficient and friendly service, jackets came back in immaculate condition. Have also used their alteration services which were equally good. Highly recommended.
