Coles Riverton

Favorite supermarket, but with every Coles the closer you get to the back of the store the more you lose internet and phone reception. I am absolutely not a conspiracy theorist. Been to heaps of Coles and they are all the same. Mobile blockers to stop the staff from using company time for personal stuff.

We were made to wait for almost half an hour for Indian bread - chapathi- though it was available. The person did not pack the bread for few of us waiting.Not a good management by Coles.But for the above, would have given five stars, the store is spacious compared to other Coles and have good parking bays

Coles Riverton in Parkwood, offers a good range of groceries and household items. The store is clean and well-organized, with friendly staff. Prices are reasonable, and there are plenty of specials and deals available. However, the store can get busy, which may result in longer queues at the checkout. Overall, a convenient and reliable supermarket option in the area.

needed help finding an item an there wasn’t a single worker in sight to help me. went to checkout and realised it was because they were all chatting together around there.

Not very well stocked. A lot of specials items are constantly unavailable. Some of the staff can be very arrogant, others are lovely.

An excellent shop with spacious parking and many options. There are just too much shelving happening around, so hard to move around.

Great staff, convenience shopping centre, fresh vegetables and fruits, lovely bakery department. Clean and well presented shopping centre.The only place I wasn't impressed are these TOILETS, they are very DIRTY and POORLY maintained, can someone looking into this please?

Clean place with a lot of options. Easy access parking. Fresh veggies most of the time.This Coles is usually not too busy.

The best Coles experience money can buy West of the border. They’re not fibbing when they say West is Best and I ain’t fibbing when I say Riverton Coles is shopping goals! Fill up your shopping basket and pack the trolley because boy oh boy you’ll be shopping here for days - it is just that massive! 5 Stars.

However, I was disappointed to discover that the responses from the online agents seemed to be copied and pasted, lacking personalised attention and genuine assistance. This left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the resolution process. It is crucial for Coles to ensure that customer service representatives provide individualised and helpful responses to address such issues promptly.Another aspect that could be improved is the expiration dates of certain products. In some instances, I received items with very short expiry dates, which made me question their freshness and longevity. It would be wonderful if Coles could prioritise offering products with longer expiration dates, ensuring that customers have ample time to use them before they expire.
