There is something very appealing about the doors and windows on this house. Communication was excellent, and the product was delivered on time, as promised.

I am so impressed with Simply Doors and Windows. The quality of the doors and windows is top-notch and the prices are unbeatable. I saved so much money compared to other suppliers!

I ordered doors, discussed on the phone configurations I needed etc. Doors were delivered 9pm at night, 2 weeks late. Needed to reschedule builders. Builders started to install only to find the doors are not configured correctly. I called the company to be told there is only one type configuration? Really? I was then informed that I could pay extra and have the correct doors specially made and wait 3 months for delivery, or put up with what I have! Completely unacceptable and the doors are not cheap....There was no real apology except there was a miscommunication.....I'm actually disgusted. I would NOT recommend this company or service to my worst enemy.....Horrible service and I didn't even get the product I ordered .

I bought a beautiful 10 light cedar sliding door with fly screen recently. Worth the wait and excellent value for money. Staff at the office were very friendly and always updated me on the progress of my delivery. The door looks gorgeous and adds to the property value. The installers recommended to me were Julian and Lincoln. Both gentlemen and good tradesmen. Very respectful and professional. Great workmanship. I highly recommend them and Simply Doors and Windows.

We were pleasantly delighted by the fact that all delivery fees included insurance. That provided me peace of mind knowing that my order would be safe during transit.

The worst decision of our house build. My wife and kids aren’t capable of opening them.They have sagged on their hinges, mohair disintegrates, handles come loose, locks snap, guide plates fall out.We installed three of the 4door Bi-folds, all are broken, and one 3door bi-fold that somehow works.The company claimed our builders installed them wrong; as simply doors couldn’t recommend anyone we had their competition send one of their installers to try and fix, he assured us that simply doors have provided a questionable product.Since then I’ve butchered the doors just trying to open and close the stupid things.Don’t trust the positive reviews here, I’d say they are written by their staff.Brett. I needed a new window for a project at home. The team at Simply Doors and Windows could not have been more helpful. After discussing options and availability, I made my selection, paid the invoice and within a few days, the window was delivered. The end to end experience was nothing but posative. I have installed the window and it is exactly what I wanted and looks the part.

After multiple emails and telephone calls from both myself and my builder to organise bifold doors (two to fold left, two to fold right) it wasn’t disclosed until after payment was made that in fact they only make “doors” in 3 panels. And these are called sliding doors not bi fold. After contacting this company and trying to come to some resolution (I believe we were deliberately given wrong information, so a deposit was placed, only to be told different afterwards) they advised that they would not give a refund and that they would give 50% of the money back as the remaining money compensates the amount of time spentby employees quoting and negotiating this job. Or alternatively I could have a credit which would need to be used within 12 months. Have seeked legal advice and am commencing proceedings with fair trading to recuperate my deposit. I DO NOT recommend dealing with this company and there series of lies and misinformation. Although slightly more expensive, I would advise to go local.
