The staff are absolutely phenomenal, but I feel Rachel today deserves a particular shout out! She is absolutely incredible, she's highly personable and considerate, and in the clearest terms I can manage, she is a complete and utter legend! I understand prices are hard to negotiate, but whenever possible I am more than happy to pay the extra for a drink just to enjoy the delightful, affable and engaging staff!
