Thankyou for wonderful service. I always feel welcomed when I shop here. I love looking at the specials while I wait for the great pharmacists to do their work. It's mostly busy, their fantastic customer service and access to a wide range of medicines and products at good prices attract all ages. Grab your meds and a gift for someone...or yourself! Great pharmacy to shop at.

I was very hesitant leaving a negative review, but got the courage after my wife described how she hasn’t gone back to Terry White at Pacific Fair for at least 5 months, when I said to pop in to go get some prescription meds to her today.She was a regular, and would get her meds from this place but she was treated so terribly that she won’t ever set foot in there again.I tried to gather what had transpired, and it was one of the newer dispensary staff members who started working last year that spoke to her in a very aggressive way, and perhaps thought maybe it was her English language barrier and gave her the benefit of the doubt, but alas, it was not just that, she was shouting and very condescending, to the point that my wife felt like she was getting interrogated for no reason.Even though we will not be returning to this chemist, please train any new staff member on basic communication skills, and if they have trouble with that, they need to reevaluate if they should even be talking to people until they are able to communicate properly.While we don’t like to pinpoint names, we feel it might be good for constructive criticism and feedback if we do mention the name, since the incident caused a lot of distress in my wife, and I would not like the same thing to happen to any other potential customer as this will ruin Terry Whites business or negatively impact other staff members who have great communication .Eva was the name of the person working in the dispensary that caused my wife to not want to return. We do genuinely hope you take these reviews seriously and offer constructive criticism so that she can develop acceptable levels of English communication between staff and customers.Kind regards,Richard

The young lady pharmacist is so exceptionally rude that I can’t believe she is employed. I have never been so embarrassed and judged and in front of other customers absolutely disgusting. I will never go to this pharmacy again and I will tell everybody I know to avoid this pharmacy.It’s a shame because the customer service team are lovely.

I was told 5 minutes but waiting for over 30 minutes. Was standing very close to listen for my name but nothing was called. Saw a lady hand in and collect her script within minutes. I had to go up and ask where mine was and was told I couldn’t get my prescribed antibiotics as I had already collected my first script (which is finished in a few days). Not much further information was given. Very poor communication from staff and a huge waste of time, I could have been in and out in 30 seconds instead of 30 minutes. No apology or anything… I’ve left very frustrated.

Terrible service. They said on weekends can’t certificate an stat Dec due to short of staff but there was no one apart from me. Just lazy people don’t want to work.

This is my new go-to pharmacy - What an experience! I was very nervous about receiving my vaccination as I’m terrified of needles. Utah the pharmacist made the vaccination painless and easy for me! Would highly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional staff and services!

Change of owners recently and the place has gone to the pack. High turn over of staff.I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 8 years. Everyone knew my name. Now the service is not personal, staff keep tinting over and no customer service

I have been going to this chemist for years and they have always been so helpful. Embarrassingly I am on first name basis with a lot of the staff now! Great service, friendly faces :)
