The owner of this shop should focus on developing basic customer service skills. Rude, abrupt and condescending. I won't be coming back.

The Lady is very rude and tries to make people go fast/hurrying them up.she is rude to kids and follows them around and watches them as they are not doing anything,she looks at you in a rude way as if she hates you and wants u out of her shop,i saw 4 boys go in the shop and get told to get out they mite of done something but is was verry rude.

We are coming from Adelaide to Bright for the last 20 years.Always coming back with shopping from Star of Elms.Lady in shop and me ALWAYS have lovely conversations.I don't know why such bad feedback from other customers.We r in Bright now and we are coming shopping.Thank you Dianne for providing such great customer service and keeping shop opened untill i grabbed what i needed.Muchly appreciated.Alice

the women who owns this place is very rude and doesn't help you if u need, my girls had gone in to look for cards and had told me the owner had followed them around and had be pretty much spying on them as if they were going to steal or something, just thought I would let people know that she dose follow you around mostly young people. I dont recommend this place at all please dont waste your money.
