I'm so happy they have opened in my are its such a good store. But they need more staff assistance. There is never anyone around to ask a question.The pharmacy manager (man)is a bit rude, but the rest of the staff is lovely. They have a great selection, and if they don't, they get in for you in a week.

I went into JB Hi Fi in Joondalup. The shop assistant was Danni (Daniele).She was extremely helpful. I bought some headphones the day before. I was so concerned about them being noise cancelling I didn’t realise they were not blue tooth. I took them back to exchange them and Danni was lovely. I am 64 and she was much much younger.. She took the time to discuss the brands and prices and I was very happy with my purchase. She made me feel very comfortable and I really enjoyed our interaction. I have been in the store before and the staff have always been really helpful but Danni just made me feel special.

Overall I find JB Hi-Fi have better customer service than the other large appliance stores and this one is no exception

Disappointing selection of music, and the equipment seems generally overpriced (especially the cables). There are lots of vinyl records with seems antiquated and bad for your health. There is a wide selection of equipment though, so if you are looking for anything audio device they likely will have something.
